Consumer Trends during Ramadan 2021

The holy month of Ramadan marks a period where observers fast from dawn to dusk, spend time on spirituality, partake in charity, and celebrate with their loved ones. Traditionally, Ramadan is dominated by offline shopping at brick-and-mortar stores. However, 2020 brought on a sea of changes in the way Ramadan was celebrated across Southeast Asia, as the pandemic accelerated the adoption of connected devices in the festivities.
