Branch Trademark List*
A trademark is a word, phrase, symbol, or design that identifies the source of goods or services. It can also be a trade dress like the appearance of a product or its packaging, including size, shape, color, texture, graphics, and overall look.
This is a non-exhaustive list of Branch’s trademarks and service marks.
How to use these marks
For U.S. publications: Include the appropriate trademark symbol (™ or ®) on first use.
For international publications: Use a trademark attribution notice, such as: “Branch is a trademark of Branch Metrics, Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries.”
Generic terms: The list includes a suggested generic term for each trademark. Include the generic term after the trademark on first use, then use it frequently throughout your publication. These are suggestions, and other appropriate terms may work equally well.
The absence of a product or service name from this list does not waive Branch’s trademark or other intellectual property rights for that name or logo.
Other product or service names
If a product or service name isn’t listed above, don’t add a ™ or ® symbol and don’t include it in credit lines. However, if a product or service name includes “Branch” or another Branch mark from this list, apply the correct trademark symbol (™ or ®) to that portion of the name for U.S. publications only. All Branch trademarks need proper attribution in the credit section of both U.S. and international publications.
