I’m incredibly excited to announce that Branch has been named in Comparably‘s rankings for Best CEOs for Women (#15), Best CEOs for Diversity (#17), Best Leadership Teams (#13), and Best Companies for Professional Development (#3) and ranked one of the Bay Area’s Top Workplaces for 2019!
Branch’s corporate motto is simple: Build together, grow together, win together. I’m excited to see that our dedication to these three principles has been recognized by Branch’s employees and Comparably. When we started Branch over five years ago, we were building products to solve a need we had. As we started solving linking, attribution and mobile growth problems for more and more companies, it meant we needed to scale our team and scaling culture and values has been incredibly important to us from day one.
As a female founder and leader, these awards feel especially rewarding. As a leader, I care deeply and strive to encourage diversity, create safe spaces for women, members of the LGBTQ+ community, parents, and underrepresented groups. Our goal is to ensure Branch is a place where they can do their best work and take leadership roles at Branch. These awards tell me we are on the right track, and encourage our leadership team to continue our efforts and initiatives in these areas as we scale even further.
This year has continued Branch’s explosive growth. We now have fifteen offices in eleven countries. In every country, we offer great benefits and continued opportunities for employee growth and education. Among the many initiatives we currently support for our teams:
