We’re excited to announce that Branch has been recognized this week for Best Company Outlook and Best Places to Work in the Bay Area by Comparably

Branch sales review on Comparably

Comparably has collected over 15 million anonymous ratings on 70,000 companies, including 4,792 ratings and 148 participants from Branch to determine definitively how satisfied employees are with their work experience. In addition to the most recent 2022 awards, Branch was honored with 10 additional Comparably awards in 2021, including recognitions for diversity, women, company culture, work-life balance, compensation, happiness, career growth, CEOs for diversity, and engineering team.

“We have always been incredibly deliberate about scaling Branch’s culture alongside the business,” said Mada Seghete, Branch co-founder and VP of marketing. “Each person who joins Branch is a crucial part of that scale, so it’s rewarding to see the results of all our amazing employees reflected in these recognitions.”

Rankings for the 2022 Comparably Awards were derived from sentiment ratings provided by employees who anonymously rated their employers from March 2021 through March 2022, making these lists especially relevant for job seekers looking to find their next workplace during The Great Resignation. Best Company Outlook is based on how confident employees feel about the future success of their company and how likely they are to recommend working there to a friend. Best Places to Work in the San Francisco Bay Area is based on nearly 20 different workplace culture categories, from compensation, leadership, and work-life balance to professional development opportunities, perks, and benefits. There is no cost to participate in the awards and nominations are open to businesses of all sizes.
