The Fortune Best Workplaces in the Bay Area award is based on an analysis by Great Place to Work® of more than 1 million employee survey responses. Branch was recently Great Place to Work-Certified™ with 95% of employees agreeing Branch is a great place to work compared to 59% of employees at a typical U.S.-based company.
Employees shared their confidential responses to more than 60 questions. Their responses expressed the extent to which their organization creates a Great Place to Work For All™. Eighty-five percent of the evaluation is based on how employees describe their experiences of trust and reaching their full human potential at their organization, no matter who they are or what they do. Great Place to Work analyzes these experiences relative to each organization’s size, workforce make up, and what’s typical in their industry and in the Bay Area. The remaining 15% of the rank is based on an assessment of all employees’ daily experiences of innovation, their company’s values, and their leaders’ effectiveness..
