Branch Presents at DeeplinkSF

Branch was honored to be part of DeeplinkSF last weekend at the Eventbrite offices in San Francisco. Hosted and organized by URX , the invite-only event was designed to get top engineers, founders, and technical leaders talking about inter-app communication as a means of creating new opportunities and economies across mobile.

The event featured fireside chats with John Battelle of NewCo , Rich Miner of Google Ventures , and Aparna Chennapragada of Google Now in addition to a panel discussion from leads of Uber, Spotify, Yelp, and Yummly.

Branch Demo

Branch was one of the few companies that gave a live product demo. Co-Founder Mike Molinet took the stage to demonstrate our referral program featured in Hotel Tonight . In the demo, after clicking on a Branch link to a hotel deal, the referred user was prompted to download the Hotel Tonight app in the App Store. After download, they were brought directly to the hotel deal. To take it one step further, the referred user then booked the hotel room and the original user was attributed with the referral and automatically rewarded with a $25 credit on their account.
