Rankings for these awards were derived from employee sentiment ratings in their respective departments from February 2022 through February 2023. The anonymous surveys featured a combination of workplace culture questions in nearly 20 categories, including compensation, leadership, professional development opportunities, and more.
Comparably has sourced over 15 million anonymous ratings on 70,000 companies. It has comprehensive data on large, small, and medium-sized organizations in nearly 20 different workplace categories based on gender, ethnicity, age, experience, title, industry, location, and education. It is one of the most used SaaS platforms for employer branding and a trusted third-party site for workplace culture and compensation data.
