Peet’s listened to their customers — their new loyalty program and mobile app allows users to earn rewards faster through a variety of touchpoints and offers more ways to redeem them. Points can be earned in-store by scanning QR codes at points of purchase and through order-ahead purchases.
“Our new loyalty program offers members the same handcrafted experience they expect and love from Peet’s, with an even wider variety of rewards,” Lisa Regelman, Director of Loyalty and Growth Marketing for Peet’s Coffee, said in their press release.
With the help of partner Hathway, Peet’s updated their mobile app experience to easily track and redeem rewards points and provide a faster way to repeat a favorite order. Branch is proud to be powering the deep links and attribution that helps enable these seamless and personalized mobile rewards experiences.
To kick off the relaunch, Peet’s is offering customers the chance to enter the Peetnik Rewards Launch Celebration Sweepstakes through Nov. 2, where they win something with each purchase.
