Brita has seven years of experience in content marketing for eCommerce brands, and at Wine.com uses storytelling and data to create a conversation with the customer, helping them make educated purchases and discover the world of wine. Outside of work, Brita enjoys wine, art, spending time outside, and reading. Brita graduated summa cum laude from the University of Nevada, Reno and earned her master’s degree in communication management from the University of Southern California.
Katie Kazukynas | Belk
Katie Kazukynas, Belk’s Senior Product Manager, eCommerce Mobile, has played various roles on the retailer’s ecommerce team over her 9+ year career. She started as an ecommerce production designer, and worked her way up to Sr. Digital Product Manager, learning about all facets of ecommerce and digital marketing. Katie is responsible for driving revenue for Belk’s mobile channels, with strategic initiatives that engage customers and keep them coming back to the app for relevant content, trending products, offers, and more. For the third straight year, Belk’s app has grown revenue over 100%. The mobile app is now Belk’s fastest growing ecommerce revenue channel, topping $100 million.
Reed Kuhn | Branch
Reed Kuhn is the Director of Business Strategy at Branch, where he connects the massive data within the Branch platform to real customer impact. A former aerospace and defense strategy consultant, Reed left the industry and moved to Silicon Valley when his wife began her medical training at Stanford. Along the way, he invented his first app on an iPhone 3 and authored the first-ever book of sports analytics focused on professional cagefighting. He spent time in eCommerce SaaS working with global retail leaders, plus eventual stints at Walmart and eBay. He now spends his weekends as ESPN’s gambling expert for Mixed Martial Arts and running a quantitative sports gambling investment fund. He holds a BS in Physics from Washington & Lee University, a Master’s in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia, and an MBA from Duke University.
